Please share a brief overview of your work background:

My management experience began a year and a half ago with Service Champions. One thing I love about Service Champions is that everyone is always willing to help! I worked on a lot of the other managers over the last year and a half and if there is one thing I learned its that everyday is a new day and you always must be willing to adapt and learn to deal with whatever is thrown your way!

Why did you choose Service Champions? 

I chose Service Champions because of our 7 core values. I felt like the 7 core values and my personal core values aligned well together.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job as a maintenance manager is seeing new technicians coming into the industry, with little to no experience, and becoming successful.

How have your past experiences shaped you?

My past experiences are very valuable to me and I believe they have made me the person I am today.

If you could give one piece of advice to someone, what would it be? 

My advice would be to always be willing to learn new things. This industry is always changing so we all must be willing to adapt and learn new things.

What is your favorite and least favorite saying?

My favorite saving would be, “Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will” My least favorite phrase would be “I can’t” because you can do anything you put your mind to!

Where were you born?

I was born in Whittier California.

What is one food dish you would not want to live without? Why?

TI would not want to live without Taquitos!

When you aren’t working, what do you enjoy doing (hobbies)? 

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. Together we enjoy going to the river or spending time in the snow. I also enjoy spending time ridding my Harley and I am slowly getting into mountain biking.
